Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations 2022

At Gurukripa Farms, it is always our wish and endeavor to remain connected to our shared Indian culture by adopting and promoting our traditions. Building on that theme, we decided to celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi 2022 in a fun way by hosting a clay Ganesha modeling workshop at our farm. The interest and participation we received at the event surpassed our expectations. A friend of the farm graciously instructed the participants, as 40 adults and children modeled their cute, colorful and wonderful clay Ganapti.

As with everything in life, the process is important. If you wish to see Ganapati, you have to create HIM within yourself and then mold it out on the clay.

We also had some young ones displaying their talents on the mini karaoke!

Some took more time, some took less, but at the end of the almost 4 hour workshop, we had smiling families with a cute chubby looking Ganesha in each hand.
